1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, AI receptionist services, or associated software (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Service Access and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services strictly for your internal business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Customer Data and Ownership

Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to the data, instructions, and content you provide to the Services ("Inputs").

Outputs: As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you own the responses and content generated by the AI based on your Inputs ("Outputs").

Service Improvement: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use de-identified and aggregated data derived from your use of the Services to provide, maintain, and improve our AI technologies.

4. AI Service Specifics

Important Disclaimers

Given the probabilistic nature of AI, Outputs may not always be 100% accurate, complete, or reflect current facts. Our AI models may occasionally "hallucinate" or provide incorrect information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Outputs to ensure they are appropriate for your use case.

The Services are not intended for high-risk applications where errors could lead to death, personal injury, or significant legal/financial harm.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying AI models.
  • Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.
  • Upload any data that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Bypass service limits or use automated methods to scrape data.
  • Use the Services for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., Google Calendar, CRMs). Your use of these third-party tools is governed by their respective terms. we are not responsible for the performance, security, or data practices of any third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
